Had a great experience with Atlantis Heating and Air! The techs were super professional, showed up on time, and were really easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and got my HVAC issue fixed fast. Customer service was great from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Atlantis again and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

So happy to have found Atlantis Heating & Air. We did a lot of research and I'm not exaggerating when I say other quotes for a new A/C unit and install were literally thousands higher. They came out within a few days, the crew was super detailed, and we had a brand-new A/C unit within hours. Customer service is A++ too. Highly recommend.

Atlantis Heating & Air Conditioning just helped us out enormously- I posted my need on FB - Sara reached out to me, made a call, and Brandon was here in less than an hour and on a Saturday late afternoon no less. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes or so, told me what needed to be done, took my warranty information, and was able to get the air working for us in the meantime so that we won’t suffer while they order the necessary parts. He was also so personable and just a wonderful human being. The other company we have used for years just kept telling us that the unit was too big for our home. I am so happy that the other company was “too busy” and told us to call someone else. Best thing we ever did! Thanks SOOO much to these wonderful people!

Amazing customer service, prompt appointments, thorough technicians! Noticed that our multiple HVAC units had not been serviced in quite some time, contacted Sara Brenner with Atlantis Heating and Air Conditioning and TWO technicians were dispatched within an hour! Atlantis Heating and Air Conditioning provided Santee Cooper Credit Union with an EXTREMELY REASONABLE quote for maintaining our units (which we signed immediately). Technicians were scheduled to return within two days to complete necessary maintenance. We couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service received!
