Jeff's team is great to work with! I called with a "noise" coming from my HVAC unit and Pointer was able to get someone out to check within a few hours. Although the unit was fine, the tech was able to update some dampers which will help make the house more efficient. I really appreciate the care and service Pointer provides!

Well, the fan motor on my condenser finally failed during this cold snap. I called Pointer and they came right out! Jason was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic to ensure this was indeed the culprit, and once he knew for sure, he got to work! What I loved is that Jason went over all my options, talked to me about why it broke, and what I can expect in terms of cost (very competitive). I even asked a bunch of random HVAC questions and he was happy to take the time to answer everything. Last thing I'll say, I feel like most HVAC's guys are always trying to sell a new unit but thats what struck me about Jason - even though my system is a bit old (about 10yrs), he didn't push me into buying a new one.
