Thank you, Curtis R. ! It’s not often that a service provider shows up on the same day when it’s technically not an emergency. Yet I answered the door to the most polite, professional, clean cut young man. Extremely helpful and patient ( because I was born in the 1900’s!)😜 and willing to walk me through the process of heat pump maintenance. I highly recommend Coastal Air Solutions and if you’re lucky enough to get Curtis - you’re lucky enough!! 🍀

Curtis Rhodes was the HVAC tech who came out to my house and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed in a timely manner. What I appreciated most was how real and honest he was, no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward work and genuine professionalism. It’s hard to find people like that these days. I’d definitely recommend him, and I appreciate the solid job he did.

Came home the next day to find the filters removed and set on the counters with the units still running. Are you coming out to clean the coils now? My wife did say the repairman was nice and is the only reason I’m not giving one star.

Andrew fixed our heat in December 2025… Diagnosed the control board issue quickly and efficiently, came back within a couple days and they fixed it fully under warranty. Very good communication and timeliness. Great work all the way around thank you Carolina Custom Air. Shout out to Andrew!

Ryder and the team provided fantastic service. They came and did duct/coil cleaning on a big renovation project. They were very thorough and documented all their work. Would recommend
