While our working relationship with most of the staff was great in our 2+ years supplying this location, I would not recommend working with Atlantis as a vendor in any other capacity than Cash-On-Delivery. Their Director of Finance, Daniel Butz, refused to comply within our mutually agreed upon NET30 payment terms, and then got very emotional and aggressive when we had to issue late fees after over a year of their payments being 30-60+ days late and us repeatedly trying to work with them to adjust their NET terms to be more suitable for their operation--they refused to communicate, wanting to neither comply with the NET30 terms nor pay late fees when they were late.
