I can count on one hand how many reviews I have left for a business. I simply had to leave one here for Atlas' prompt courteous service whenever I have a heating emergency. My unit was very old, and I had to have a few repairs over the years. Each and every time my issue was addressed and repaired within 24 hours. The majority of the time it was a technician named Mark who came out to service. He is extremely knowledgeable and can diagnose problems almost immediately. When my old unit died recently it was time to replace it. Would not trust anyone but Atlas. Mark and the install team did a fantastic job. These guys are the best.

It’s never ideal when your AC and Heating units both crash out on you at the same time, but Atlas had me up and running in no time. Mark made me feel heard, was very communicative with my options, and helped ensure the overall process was smooth and painless. I will only work with Atlas for all of my HVAC needs from here on out.
