I recently had Atlas Marble back to my house for a seam repair on a counter top they installed about 5 years ago. After some initial back and forth regarding the expired original warranty (1 year) and no warranty on the current service repair work, their crew was dispatched. The repair was done very well, better in fact that the original installation. Hector and his grew were very pleasant to deal with, worked expeditiously and carefully cleaned up after themselves. Atlas had a great selection but the real differentiator was with Melanie on the front end and then Ray on the fabrication end of the project. We are not professional kitchen designers but knew the look we were after and knew what we didn’t want. We started looking at Taj Mahal quartzite as it went very well with our white sand /quartersewn white oak cabinets but we really wanted a 2cm backsplash and couldn’t get Taj at 2cm at that time so we had to pivot. We wanted something different and luxurious for this custom kitchen so Melanie showed us Cristallo and then explained the stone to us in detail.
