We received white glove treatment, from our initial contact with Alex Hunter and Wendy Davidson, who patiently answered all my questions, to our pack and load day (all round incredible) lead contact, Hector Ortiz. Our home was packed with such care and professionalism. The entire team, Enrique, Ronaldo, and Mark, with Hector worked together like a finely choreographed dance - strong performance, seemingly effortless . With the support of my team, headed by Hector Ortiz, my move went smoothly. My questions were answered professionally and clearly. Hector found my to explain procedures. Unloading was also smooth. Highly recommend Allied for their skilled team. Ronaldo was very efficient and understood the science of packing, and later the complexity of unloading and placement of my treasures. Hector Ortiz and Ronaldo are Very professional, they handled all the boxes and fragile items with care and respect! They took my boxes in storage until I finish packing the rest of the house to move to Michigan then the move fell through and they had to bring back the boxes from the storage, which they did in a timely manner, efficient with time!!
