First a very honest person. I called two other carpet cleaning places. They told me that they could fix my carpet. When I called him he told me he would fix it but in 6 months it would be back again. "Honesty" what a concept. He doesn't sell carpet so he had no game to tell me anything but the truth ...And as for Melissa, the girl who cleaned the tile, oh my God. She is a Wonder woman I would use then again.. My only regret is that I did not take a picture before and after..

My experience with San Diego City Chem-Dry was great! Robert definitely takes pride in his company. I really needed my carpets cleaned and everything looks great! The service was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend using this company.

Great experience. Robert was timely and able to schedule quickly. The carpets came out great. In particular he addressed my pet urine stains effectively and was able to give me mitigating advice moving forward.

I have rental units. I have used Robert San Diego City Chem-Dry for close to ten years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Highly recommend!
