Brody and his assistant showed up early and were ready to get started right away. Even though Brody's English wasn’t perfect, his assistant communicated everything clearly and made sure we understood the cleaning process. We walked through our home together, pointing out pet stains on our nylon carpet and our wool area rug. Both carpets came out looking fantastic and fresh.
