Atlas Trillo

We originally found Atlas through Lowe’s, and Richard came out from Atlas and introduced himself as a Comfort Advisor working on behalf of Lowe’s. Right from the start he made us feel comfortable and actually took the time to understand what we needed instead of jumping straight into a sales pitch. During the visit, Richard explained that while our AC was still working, it was old and inefficient, and that replacing it with a newer unit could help lower our utility bills. When we told him that replacing the AC just wasn’t in our budget, he totally understood. No pressure at all, which we really appreciated. The repair company I originally scheduled could not make it, so I called Atlas this morning and they sent Alberto a few hours later. He was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and was able to get it up and running. It is hard to find good service all too often these days but I would recommend Atlas, and especially Alberto with no hesitation.

Our water heater went down, and we were told we needed a replacement. We turned to ARS / Atlas Trillo for a second opinion. They fixed things for a fraction of the cost and on the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. We also used them for a new A/C system and had a great experience.

Anthony, Atlas tech, came out to diagnose our furnace which quit producing hot air. He said we needed a new furnace. Their salesman then called and quoted a price of $12,000! We said NO to that and got a second opinion. The second company came out and said the filters needed to be replaced. After he did the work to replace filters the furnace worked fine. I asked what he would have charged if we really needed a new furnace. He quoted $4600.00. So with this information I would strongly encourage anyone out there to avoid Atlas Trillo at all costs. They are not truthful and I would consider them scam artists.

Enzo Gomez did an excellent and outstanding job in repairing and replacing a defective recirculating pump attached to my water heater. Now the water heats instantly from all faucets and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend Enzo Gomez as your very best technician for all your plumbing needs.
