Ty has done a lot of work on my rental properties, from small p-trap fixes to complete bathroom gut-jobs. All his work has been really great and his ability to work with my tenants helps my business flow much easier! Would highly recommend!

Ty did several projects for me. He removed old stone tile baseboards in my Livingroom and replaced them with wooden ones that fit perfectly and matched the paint to my existing trim. He also removed the stone tile in my entryway and replaced with a ceramic tile which looks great and has good durability. The quality of this project was high, and he even moved furniture, covered everything for dust and cleaned up afterwards. He also installed custom wooden shelving in my walk-in closet and basement furnace room which looks great and holds a lot of weight which was needed. I appreciate his quality of work, attention to detail and assurance that he'll deliver what I'm looking for in terms of service and pricing. I will use him again and recommend his services.
