ATS Appliance Repair

Sam was excellent--very thorough, and knew his stuff, and was clearly explained what he was doing that day and an additional part that needed to be replaced. On the second visit for that part, he saw that the washer could benefit from a height adjustment to level it out and did so. My interactions with the ATS team over the phone were all very good as well. Excellent service and fair price. Highly recommended!

Sam was a super individual to work with. Spent enough time to diagnose the problem and very dedicated to resolve the issue. His effort allowed solution of the problem without having to order a new control board. Very personable and included me as necessary, which was very much appreciated.
