We had sewage back up into the showers for two bathrooms because the hangers that kept one end of the sewer pipes high enough to cause liquid to flow downhill were faulty. Another company quoted over four times as much to pull up sidewalk and replace the pipes, which wasn't necessary. Houla Creek inspected, found the pipes were fine but the hangers needed replacing, and got the job done a week later in a few hours, and were careful, clean and efficient. They provided documented photos for the quote and the completed work. Erin in the office is wonderful to talk to, and the repair technicians were friendly and followed instructions perfectly. I will always call them first from now on.

Great Team! Last minute emergency during a Freeze Storm. With most companies being super busy including your own I am thankful your team was able to make time on their schedule to come out and repair the exploded pipes in our Airbnb and dry the area to prevent further damage. Your team was able to de ice the springs that had froze and left the garage door opened and were able to get the door to close before leaving. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
