They ultimately did excellent work on our attic project. We needed the attic completely emptied, cleaned, patched, and reinsulated after years of accumulated DIY insulation and random debris (discovered post house-purchase several months ago). From the beginning they were very professional, clearly explaining the scope of the work and the precautions they’d take. The unusually long warranty was an additional big reason we chose them. Our project was scheduled around a full electrical rewire of the house, so the work happened in two phases. The first visit largely focused on clearing out all the old insulation and debris; the second involved sealing openings and installing the new blown-in insulation. Nathan Woods came to do a free attic inspection for us, and we had a great experience. He was very professional, polite, and respectful throughout the whole process. He arrived fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and took the time to carefully inspect the attic. During the inspection, he found mold and signs of squirrels in the attic and clearly explained the issues to us. He also recommended practical solutions to address the problems. I really appreciated that he was informative without being pushy or doing a hard sale. Nathan was also very clean and sanitary while working, which made us feel comfortable having him in our home. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attic inspection.

My wife and I ran across Attic Projects at the Seattle Home show. (Our neighbors had just used them as well and were very happy) We met Richard and discussed what we were looking for regarding our crawl space. Richard was able to come to the house in just a few days for an inspection and what he told/showed and what they could do was exactly what we wanted. I had two estimates before Attic Projects, so seeing their price made my stomach drop. This took a deep level of deliberation, because I still considered them due to their consideration of their employees as well as making sure I am addressing my problem instead of selling a random solution. Having chosen and worked with them, I do feel at ease having them done the work. Every person I interacted with has cared about the details, taking pictures, building clarity, and maintaining a high level of standards. To compare, my previous two estimates, had an estimator waltz in, peak in the attic for 5 minutes, give a rough idea of the work and tossed me a number.
