Attic Pros

We found signs of rodent activity in our home and after talking to several companies, we decided to go with Attic Pro. We are incredibly happy with the work they have done. There was an active rat infestation in one of the attics and they acted quickly - cleaned and sanitized all spaces where rodent activity was found, pulled out all the appliances and cleaned, cleaned the duct work, and did a very thorough walkthrough of the home to find and close entry points (and there were a lot of entry points, sigh). Everyone I have worked with have all been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - especially Jorge Hernandez, Allan Pablo, Armando, Tom Best.

Jorge and Diego were here and did a great job cleaning out our crawlspace and proofing it so no animals or rodents will get in. They replaced a lot of our insulation and made sure there were no missing insulation. They hauled out about six bags of miscellaneous debri. They also deodorized as well. I’m very happy with their work.

Overall very happy with work and outcome and I strongly recommend Attic Pros as they handled the entire scope of a fairly large project. Scope was to remove fiberglass insulation from storage area and crawl space, install rigid foam insulation, and seal off the space from rodents requiring two doors and some carpentry work. Samim, who estimated the job, was an excellent liason through the entire project lasting 5+ days spanning three weeks, much longer than anticipated. I was personally actively engaged throughout and the working team did all they could to meet my expectations including items that were not explicitly stated in the contract. Jose O did an amazing job sealing up our attic! We knew we had some kind of animal as we could hear it at night, Jose went though the whole exterior and interior and found the spot they are probably using (big opening near where we often hear them) but also he found a bunch of smaller openings that smaller animals or bats could get in (we had a bat problem a few years ago, that should be fixed as he sealed that portion also!). He was great at communicating what he found and dead very complete. Recommended if you have critters in your attic

Attic Pros are great especially Jose Olguin. He climbed into my crawl space, took pictures, closed openings- was very thorough in making my crawl space rodent proof. Would call them again and especially ask for Jose Olguin.
