Got my little kitchen remodel done with Aurea, a newly opened designer shop in the Bay Area. The designer and sale person was really supportive and responsive to my questions and concern throughout the time. I am impressed with their solid wood slim shaker European styled cabinet, so I go with it. They delivered the pre-made cabinet in only 2 weeks and help to choose the matching grass handles. We are happy with what we paid for, so highly recommend!

Avoid this fraudulent company. Ordered 2 vanities in Dec (45-day delivery). Renovation finished Feb—still waiting. They blamed "LA port congestion" (false—I checked), then quickly switched to "Chinese New Year backlog” after I being caught lying. Turns out my vanities aren't even from their claimed supplier JW—they told me to hide the order from JW. Customer service? WeChat only. Went to their store? They called the cops on me mid-conversation. Tried to make me sign a gag clause on multiple refund contracts with a ghost business entity. Paid via personal account (marked "gift"), not company INC. Commingling funds for sure. Ordered cabinets and flooring too—all late, all problems. When I asked for accountability, they called me "unkind." Bay Area deserves better.
