Professional and courteous, this company offers no unpleasant surprises. Estimates for all parts and labor are submitted for acceptance or rejection. The service technician shows up at the appointment on time. Communication is great. We were not ready to purchase a new refrigerator for $2000., so repair costs were far more preferable. The fridge has been running perfectly since Carter fixed it.

I had a very poor experience with Aurora Charleston, SC location. The customer service representative have very poor communication skills. They do not listen for understanding and is not helpful. The technician said one thing at the initial diagnostic appointment and submit that nothing was wrong with my washing machine. He told us he would be submitting in the information to my warranty company to get approval for the parts needed for repair. Instead place on the form the washer works with no issues. Which cause my claim to be denied and I lost my $100 deductible. He then stated he would reach out to the warranty company and did not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This was the 2nd time we've used Aurora for an appliance repair and were once again very happy with their services and communication. We called and were able to get an appt. just two days later. We rec'd confirmation and reminder texts and a message when the tech was on his way. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and was able to quickly repair our dishwasher. He also secured it so it wouldn't shift going forward. We will absolutely call Aurora Appliance Repair again.

Using Aurora Appliance Repair, through my homeowners maintenance plan, has been horrible experience. They initially came out to service my refrigerator and stove top in late December. Ordered parts beginning on the year. Didn't return until 2/3, without all needed parts. It is now February 10, and my refrigerator is worst (not cooling at all) and my stove isn't fixed. They are now telling me it'll be another week before they come back out. Avoid using them at all cost, if possible!!! FRFR

I had a really disappointing experience with Aurora Appliances in Charleston, SC. Communication was poor from the start. They gave unclear information and I had to follow up multiple times just to get an appointment. The scheduling process took far longer than it should have. When someone finally came out, the technician was rude and the visit felt rushed and inefficient. The worst part is that the job was not completed, and I was left having to chase them again to finish what was promised. I would not recommend them if you want reliable service and clear communication.
