Truckers, avoid this place! Came here on time record from CA, the broker said they work from 8 am to 3 pm, we arrived before 2 pm , Thursday July 3rd , before holiday weekend, but they said ironically that they only work for appointments, (unbelievable ! if you see the small business)so we have to wait till Monday! No trucks here delivering or anything, this place looks like a small storage and nobody here is working just they don’t want to work today ! Total irrespective of truckers

I hired Austin Moving and Storage to move me locally , here in Fort Walton Beach, from a two-story townhouse to a detached single family home. Dusty, the owner is pleasant to do business with. He is reliable and his price is the best in town. His crew: Gerome, Gus and Robert arrived on time. They were polite, professional and efficient. They laid down a rubber mat in the hallway to protect the floor and carpet against any damage and dirt. They moved my furniture and appliances with care - protecting the furniture and appliances with padded blankets. I highly recommend Austin Moving and Storage and its owner, Dusty, to anyone who wants a mover who gets the job done efficiently and effectively. And for the right price. They do “good, honest work”. I will certainly use them again in the fut

Just got our UAB/HHG picked up! First, I’d like to mention that their communication is top-notch. They sent an email with their scheduled arrival ahead of time, so there were no surprises and we had enough time to prepare. The three gentlemen who helped us over the course of three days were Jerome, Josh, and Mark. They each introduced themselves as soon as they stepped through the door. They were professional, easygoing, and made the experience enjoyable with laughter and conversation as they worked. They were efficient and worked incredibly hard—and mind you, they’ve been doing this longer than I’ve been alive! Thank you so much for sending such a wonderful crew. I can say Austin's was the best movers I have ever had I spoke with Dusty and he was able to save me money by having his guys come out one day and move my gun safe then switch trucks for the following day to move my household items! The guys showed up on time and walked through with me to see what was getting moved and the guys started getting my belonging out at lighting speed. Despite the speed the guys were working everything was wrapped in heavy blankets with straps around the item to ensure no damage then once at our new home they were asking where to place items to set up the house for us with little adjusting for my wife and I to do. Thank you guys for a great moving experience!

Great experience with this moving company from start to finish! Pretty sure they're a family owned and ran business... so keep it local! The guys were on time, packed everything well, and we're courteous throughout. Would definitely recommend and thanks again!
