Wow, Nancy is awesome at her job and has a great sense of humor. She replaced a difficult very old lock in the freezing cold. Nothing rattles this woman. Job well done.

The lock to my garage was broken .Nancy and her sister came promptly, even though it was a holiday and replaced it with a new one. They were friendly, efficient and professional.I can’t say enough about the great service and highly recommend them!

Google maps shows a picture of a sign showing their open hours, but they are not. Can’t really rate them. A gentleman was in the parking lot who said you have to call. Disappointing.

Nancy at Austin works is the best! No only did she fix my lost car key situation but she was fast and honest. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
