Lakewood Heating and Cooling

Our heating and cooling furnace has been making noises from the unit. Called Matt and he came over the next day and was here exactly on time. Matt found that our furnace’s blower was creating the unpleasant noise at start-up. He replaced the blower unit and the annoying noise is now gone. Matt handled our problem with professionalism, both personally and mechanically. Cost was very acceptable. No question that Lakewood Heating and Cooling is the place to go for your furnace needs. 5+ stars.

Go with these guys! Brian is a super hero! He called back the same day. He repaired our a/c quickly, same day. He charged a very reasonable price. He answered all my questions. Wow. I know who to call next time I have an issue.

Brian made time in his schedule to diagnose an internal hose bib leak and repair/replace the broken pipe on the same day. His work and professionalism are exemplary, and his pricing was more than reasonable. I could not have been more impressed!

I was told that I needed to buy a new furnace right at Christmas time because mine had quit. I had another company come in told me that there was a crack in my furnace and I would have to get a new one , of course I was in panic mode because they are not cheap. I was quoted $4500 for a new furnace and a friend of mine recommended that I call Lakewood heating and cooling and speak with Matt. They said he was an honest man and he would do right for me. I called him and he came to my house within a couple hours. I told him I needed a second opinion, he went over my furnace thoroughly and found out I it was not a crack but a scratch and I did not need a new furnace but a new igniter. The first igniter he put in didn’t work. It was a bad igniter. He came back the following day brought a new one

I called Brian yesterday evening and he came this morning, first thing. He figured out what was wrong with my furnace, recommended an easy fix, and even did a little cleaning while he was in there. He only charged me $80 for the callout, and didn't try to upsell any expensive repairs. Great guy!
