I call late morning due to oven not coming to temperature, was told could stop in late afternoon called before coming in the early afternoon. Great timely service alot to say about using local repair service.

Just a phone call, but very honest with me. Told me im better off replacing than paying for parts and service feel on an archaic appliance. Appreciate the integrity and honesty

Howard was super responsive. He came out right away and diagnosed the problem with our stove. Part was ordered and we were up and running. He also gave an honest assessment for our fridge advising it wasn't worth fixing. Will definitely call him again if needed.

Please read the negative reviews first. Wish I had. Howard came to my home to look at my brand new dryer. No heat. He asked what we did for a living. He disassembled the dryer and immediately said it's a thermostat problem. He then went to his truck to look up a part # and came back to tell me the part costs $480. He was looking at a book and I asked to see the costs and he quickly closed the book. A very uneasy feeling during this visit. My husband did a follow up call and Howard claimed he deleted our visit. He then hung up on him. What just happened? Wait to you see his response to my review.

Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Arrived same day as when I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the belt and put it back together in a timely matter. Will definitely call back in the future and refer to others.
