Cody with Authentic Air was recommended by neighbor to service my heating system. Cody was prompt, courteous, professional and his service was excellent. His professional service fee is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if I ever need service again.

Authentic Air was recommended by a neighbor and boy did they deliver! Our furnace did not turn on last night when the temperature dropped to 35 degrees and it was 62 degrees in the house. Cody with Authentic Air was readily available, professional and honest. He found out that our 2 year old furnace circuit board was malfunctioning. Fortunately they had a replacement part available in San Marcos and under warranty. He came in at 9:20am, traveled to pick up the replacement part, and finished installation by 11:30am. Would recommend him to anyone.
