I can’t recommend Rally Point Restoration enough. They did fantastic work and were able to come out immediately for the restoration. I have also never seen a repairman clean up after a job as thoroughly as my technician did. There was literally no evidence that drywall had been removed - no trace of dust. Another selling point for this company is that they treat you like a human, not just a customer. Eric set me up with a very reasonable payment plan that fit into my budget. He also texted me in December and let me know that he didn’t expect a payment and to have a merry Christmas. As a single mom of four, that text literally made me cry. This company is evidence that there are still good people in the world. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Eric and Trey came the same afternoon of a water heater leak that impacted the entire first floor of my home. They took care of the clean up quickly. Great communication throughout, and even introduced me to other contractors where necessary to help with the rebuild. Highly recommended.

These guys were true professionals! They came through quickly and took care of the flood in my laundry room and garage from a broken water heater. I was worried because the timing was the worst!!…during the recent freeze end of January. Eric & Trey both showed up early, even with the freezing weather and ensured there were zero delays to getting the work done right! Responsiveness was timely and communication was crystal clear each step of the way. On top of that, they were both super friendly and positive through it all, even with a power outage. We had a water heater leak and Eric was quick to respond and very professional. He answered all the questions we had and reassured us that this was something he deals with all the time, and that he would have us back to normal as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable about how to deal with insurance and gave us a fair price for the work.
