We had an excellent experience working with IVY handyman and remodeling services. He handled multiple projects for us, including electrical fixture exchanges, carpet work, drywall repair, gutter replacement, woodworking and texturing—and everything turned out great. His workmanship was high quality, he was timely and well-organized, and his communication was exceptional from start to finish. He managed the job efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and was very cost-effective for the level of work provided. We would absolutely recommend him and will be using him again for future projects.

I’m extremely happy with the work that was done. The job included removing a closet and built-in drawers, repainting the room, and matching existing hardwood floors where the closet was removed. They did an excellent job piecing the hardwood together so it blends seamlessly with the original floor—you honestly can’t tell it was ever modified. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The room looks completely refreshed and better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again without hesitation.

John did a great Job on our whole house remodel, paint, new bath update, new kitchen, floors, electrical, plumbing, water heater, ext paint, etc.........I love the pics he sent for updates along the way.. Any changes were spoken about, approved and put in writing. Payment process along the way was easy. Finished product was nice and clean. His crew kept the house clean along the rehab process. I absolutely would use John again and I will be calling him for other repairs as well. He will do simple tasks or whole house remodel. I had a good experience. Hope this referral helps.

I've been struggling since early May and I finally found the right guy for general help getting my house ready to sell. In late October I got an estimate from John in less than 8 hours on a Monday. That Thursday they started working. Four work days later I had 2 bedrooms, 3 closets, a master bathroom and a hallway looking really good for a surprisingly reasonable price compared with several other bids. Work included: trim repair/replacement, painting, flooring (both carpet and vinyl plank), also taking care of multiple minor electrical and plumbing details. John and his crew do very good work, they are easy to work with, show up on time and communicate well about progress and unexpected problems AND solution options. We mandated John to build a screened in porch. They provided expert advice on things we did not know. Their proposal was a reasonable price. For the quality of the work, their price is actually exceptionnal value. They updated us on the work progress almost everyday. The result is fantastic. We love our new living area. Thank you John
