Mike and Steve were prompt, professional and did a great job repairing our large Thermidor refrigerator. They had to manufacture some solutions on site due to the flaws from the original installers. Dishwasher not working. Showed up precisely on time. Gentleman took a look at my dishwasher, then wnt to fusebox and reset. Dishwasher worked again He explained that the controls are like a computer and occasionally need to be reset. Explained if it happened too often it may need a costly part. Charged for a service call and left. Told me if I wanted to order the part, he would apply the service charge. Agreed to wait and see for a few days. Honesty, customer care beyond anything I've ever seen before.
