Krishna is the best to work with. He got all that off my battery and sold me a new one. His service was exceptional and I will be returning for my wiper blades and anything else my car needs. I appreciate you Krishna and will look for you on my next visit.

The manager was excellent. Attentive and went above and beyond to help me install wiper blades. It's usually so intimidating to go into these stores as a woman who knows nothing about cars but he changed my experience. It's honestly the best service I've had. He deserves a promotion. I'll definitely shop here more and recommend to my family and friends due to his service.

Amazing customer service! We came to this location after another autozone in downtown refused to replace our battery or help us because they were "short staffed" in the early morning with no customers. We explained the situation to the employees at this location and they were more than happy to help us with the switch. We had a long journey ahead of us back to SoCal and they were really empathetic. They also noted it was odd the previous autozone location refused to help us with the battery switch.

Got a great service in santa clara auto zone where I paid for the part and pick up part at the monterrey location and was excellent service there too.thank you guys!!!

I had a great experience with this AutoZone, there was an associate there by the name of Elijah that helped me find the right coolant hose I needed for my truck. He was polite and worked quickly to get me on my way. Thnkx
