This parking garage is managed by Goodspeedparking.com. They ticketed my car despite the spot being paid for. Their support team refuses to remove the ticket from my plate. Now I can't park in DC because they've reported my license to the local police as owing them money. DO NOT park here unless you want a headache. Ava apartment complex should stop using goodspeedparking.com as their parking managing service. No one should support a predatory business like Good Speed Parking.
This parking garage was a short-distance walk away from my hotel, and kept my car secure the entire night. I was in the DC area for a camping trip and had a ton of gear in my car + my rooftop tent on top, and everything was still there the next day lol. Overall no issues... would recommend!!
Safe, convenient, and affordable. It's within walking distance of a lot of the hotels and much more affordable than valet parking.
