Talk about serious road rage! Driver in New Braunfels cut us off, sped up to reach us, threw his hands in the air then started getting out like he couldn’t control his anger and wanted to fight. Then followed us for miles! BAD NEWS!!! IMAGINE LETTING THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!??!?!

I don't recommend this service based off the fact that their contractors drive aggressively on busy freeways. Cutting people off, speeding, etc. I'd be happy to speak to someone about the behavior I witnessed when they open on Monday.

I needed to post a review to address Phillip Barnhart's. Avatt does commercial, not residential work; this means Phillp's post is based upon one situation that he clearly does not understand. In Phillip's picture, this was a commercial installation that required a crane, and it was necessary to position the equipment on that side of the building to keep within reach. Had Avatt moved their trailers and vehicles, rest assured, they would NOT have been able to position their vehicles back into that location so that they could complete their work in a timely manner. (Mr. Barnhart may have been inconvenienced, but Avatt was not working for Mr. Barnhart on this project, and what they were doing was perfectly reasonable. ) By the way, I am a former employee of Avatt and also a competitor as

They do a great job taking care of our commercial refrigeration & HVAC equipment! We have been doing business with them for a couple years now.
