I would give Avon Landscaping 10 stars if I could. While they have always provided exceptional service for all of our lawn care needs (i.e. mowing, pruning, spring/fall clean-up, mulching, snow removal), I am completely blown away by our recent patio installation. This team is simply THE BEST. It was a very personal experience, and each member of this company took the time and effort to communicate, provide options, and deliver EXACTLY what we wanted—right down to the smallest details. They were readily available to discuss and quote our project, assist with design options, and the installation crew was sincerely the most hard-working and respectful group of gentlemen. I used Avon Landscaping in Avon, Ohio. last year to help create a serene and complimentary settng in the front of our house. DISAPPOINTED with all is mild, to say the least. The installation was done in February 2024, which I criticized for being too early, especially considering the unpredictable weather patterns we have experienced over recent years and at that time. I was not notified in advance when they had planned to plant the specific plants, so I didn't get to state my objections to the timing, You would think the owner, Josh, who devised this plan and viewed my property, took my money, and quite a bit of it, for lack of caring, would have given me some basic information on how to care for each specimen. They did have to remove a lot of stones I had used in recent years for groun

1) We paid more to use Avon to put in our new hard and irrigation system and saw neighbors of ours with better quality lawn installs at cheaper prices 2) they were late on their install 3) their office is continually non-responsive. Good luck getting a phone call back. 4) there are unresolved issues with our lawn and I can’t get them addressed because my call is never returned. 5) strongly recommend using someone else.

Buyer Beware if you have to use these folks to fix their installs!!! We needed maintenance on one of our landscape lighting transformers. The service tech came out, replaced a part which took him 7 minutes to do and left. I then received a bill for $85....$75 of which was labor. I was never told there was a one hour minimum, nor was I told the rate was $75/hour. Be careful with this company

From quoting the job to the installation of my new lawn, Avon Landscaping was top notch. Every person I interacted with (Josh, Chris, Rick, and Cathi) was professional, courteous, followed through, and kept me informed as the project progressed. I highly recommend these folks if you have a landscaping project!
