Jeff is a very nice guy and does excellent work, but the prices are outrageous! I paid $460 to have our tankless hot water heater flushed out. Per Google the Average cost is $150–$350. I paid the bill and it was my fault for not asking for an estimate price before they came out. It costs less to pump my septic tank and cart away all of the contents than to run some chemicals through my tankless and wait. I even ran all the water through the faucets because the two employees, Mike and Ben, did not have protective shoe coverings on and I did not want them walking on my carpet. I know you have to pay your staff and inflation has caused prices to go up, but I am just in shock! Wow!

The Jd plumbing company is amazing. They are the only company I deal with, they’re trustworthy and their work is top notch. Whether you have an emergency or just need work done I would highly recommend. My water heater busted and they were here within an hour to replace it.
