NCF just completed a whole house, glue-down install of a French oak engineered wood and we couldn't be any happier. Not only was the flooring outstanding and competitively priced, the professionalism of the installers was without equal. I've installed floating and staple-down hardwood floors myself so I know what it takes to do a good job and this crew of Ron, Tim and Nick were extremely meticulous and exact. They made every accommodation to ensure we could stay in the house and use the kitchen and bedroom. Their finish carpentry skills were on display when they installed 120 ft of a 5 inch baseboard. Zach, who came in afterwards to apply caulking and touchup paint to the baseboard, was just a good and detailed. I would fully recommend this company and crew for your flooring needs.

This company was EXCELLENT to work with. It exceeded my expectations! They painted, fixed and repaired drywall cracks and updated the electrical. They removed the big ugly light in the kitchen and added beautiful can LED lights! I didn’t know how dark it was until the lights were on! They walked me through each step and suggested important things I didn’t think of, like dimmer switches on the lights and adding some outlets for our wall mounted tv’s. It is great to adjust the light level. They painted my ugly and outdated beam in our living room and now it looks better then I could have imagined. The crisp lines look even better in person!! In December, 2023, Northcoast Flooring completed the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results. We gave NCF five stars for three reasons (design, execution and value/price.) Kristie and her design team worked closely with Stefano and his install team to develop a master plan that far exceeded what we thought possible for our antiquated 1940s' home. For example, they reconfigured our kitchen cabinets several times and even enlarged our entry way when we switched from LG to Bosch appliances. The design team mixed and matched numerous combinations of colors, styles and vendors to produce a modern, coordinated look. We had an amazing experience working with Stefano and his company. He went above and beyond to ensure that our project was completed in a timely manner, including coming out himself to finish tiling our backsplash! We were so happy with our kitchen backsplash remodel that we used them again when we had plumbing difficulties to fix our bathroom floor and pantry ceiling. Their expertise in flooring, tiling, and many more areas was extremely helpful. Stefano was great with communicating with us and working around our schedules.
