I worked closely with Stacey Moore in designing the rehab of our bathroom to keep within my budget. The contractor and sub contractors were excellent and I trusted their work and their judgment. I’m very happy with my new bathroom!

In addition to having the absolute best selection of kitchen and bath fixtures, they have an amazing staff, including Stacy, the design expert. Stacy helped me every step of the way, completely renovating 3 bathrooms. She, and her team, came to my home to do all the necessary measurements and design plans. And then Stacy patiently met with me on several occasions to pick out and order all the fixtures, cabinetry and countertops, down to the smallest detail. She kept me posted on delivery dates and always responded promptly to questions or concerns along the way. I never would have been able to accomplish a project of this scale without Stacy's help. Avon Plumbing & Heating made our bathroom amazing! They kept our original 1930’s bathroom style and charm, fixed the leaking tiles, and sold us a BEAUTIFUL Kohler console sink and California faucet that just completed the space. They took care of our older home and gave us the few updates we needed and wanted to make it ours. Patty and Stacy have such a great sense of design while staying within your budget. So happy we used Avon Plumbing & Heating!

The plumber who came to repair a leaking sink took advantage of my mother-in-law. It took months for them to come to install a faucet and they did a very poor job. The plumber lost an o-ring on the hot water handle so the H moves freely. He did not tighten the faucet handles so they move backwards when trying to shut off the water. Finally the extension going from the sink into the p-trap is floating and not fastened to drain. Pictures included. My MIL called them to schedule a follow-up service appointment two months ago, but she has not heard back. I do not trust them to come back because the plumber who came took all day to do the installation. The sales people in the store itself were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Very frustrating experience today talking to the lady that answered the phone. Rude and short. All I wanted her to do was correct her report she sent to warranty company that references hydro jetting. Which was not how fixed in June.
