The tub removal and shower installation was all done in one day. The installer did a fabulous job. He clearly explained everything and gave us instructions on care and maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and also very polite. Great care was taken to ensure that household stairs and hallway were covered and that everything was nicely cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Chris for such fine work.

We had a great experience start to finish. Ida was our sales representative and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and NOT at all pushy like some other companies reps we had met with. She set real expectations and was transparent with pricing, materials, and timelines. With the materials and fixtures we chose, we expected a relatively quick turnaround but were shocked when the call came to schedule install only 12 days after meeting with Ida. Day of the install Paul shows up promptly at 8:00am all smiles and ready to dig in. Went over the plans and made a couple final changes based on his experience and away he went. By the time the plumbers showed up, the demo was done. Plumber made quick work of the pipes and rerouting of the drain, then Paul was back at it getting everything installed an

Dalton did an amazing job backing the trailer up our long, uphill, curvy driveway! Showed up right on time and he and his co-worker did a super job. It was cold out, and still snowy, but they laid down dropcloths to keep everything clean (no mud tracked inside at all). They carried all that equipment up a tight flight of stairs, and worked hard all day. They asked how we wanted things done at every step, and put up with our noisy dogs barking each time anyone went in or out. The end product looked great, and was done as promised, in one day.

We just had our tub replaced with a shower in our master bathroom. The workmanship by NICK and his assistant,Trevor, was OUTSTANDING. Nick was very professional and personable. Nick appeared to thoroughly enjoy what he does and he was periodically checking with us to assure we were happy with his work (and we were). If it was allowed I would give Nick a 10 Star rating instead of 5. The guys were meticulous as they worked. We are thrilled with the new shower and the quality of the fixtures. Thanks to Carefree for assigning Nick to install the shower.

Right from the start everything was a good experience. Our sales rep Brody was knowledgeable, professional. Patient well we made our choices. he listen to all our concerns and he took his time with us. A week after signing the contract, my wife and I changed our mind on several things. So right in the middle of this we did a complete about face and upgraded everything.
