SVL LLC

We have been using SVL since 2019; our patio area was an eye sore; after several people came for estimates (and very crazy plans) for our patio, I met Mike. As soon he walked in, he had a vision for the area, and I remember him saying, we can have a firepit here, and you can enjoy the sunset (it was 10 am); we had never noticed that before as we were not sitting facing that way at all. I was sold! Even with all the headaches of the “COVID times,” our patio came out gorgeous. They also installed pretty excellent drainage around the house and landscape. Now, they cover our lawn maintenance and snow removal. Mike and his crew are always responsible and respectful. So happy we went with SVL!

The owner Michael Hull and his crew Anthony and Colby were so personable, and so careful to make sure they didn’t disturb any lights or other things on my decent size property! They are able to accommodate my needs, and really understand what I was looking for, and they also do plowing in the Winter!! Sooooo reasonable in price!! My lawnmower just broke so I called Mike at SVL because I’ve seen his truck on my street and they were able to squeeze me in that week. After their first visit my wife told me not to get the mower fixed, I was fired! Great job SVL crew, the yard’s never looked so good! Highly recommend!

They cleared out a large amount of overgrown brush on our property and completely transformed our outdoor space with a beautiful new patio. Michael and his team- Anthony and Colby were professional, honest, knowledgeable, creative, and detail-oriented. We decided to enlarge the original patio installed by Michael and his team and they did a beautiful job again. Our patio is so enjoyed by us, and family and friends' together.
