There are quite a few things that impressed me, starting with the fact that I booked an appointment (on a Sunday, no less) and Maksim was here about an hour later! Both my washer and dryer were malfunctioning. He quickly determined what was wrong, and came back within 3 days to do the repairs after the parts were available. After the repair, the washer continued to have issues. He immediately returned. When the washer continued to have problems, he promptly returned, and I have had no issues since then. (Ok, you may be thinking that having to come 3 times doesn’t sound so great, but the fact that he would immediately come back, along with the fact that it’s an old washer that I thought we might just have to replace just made me super grateful that he kept at it!).
