I had a horrible issue with fire ants & other insects and spiders. After a yr with another pest control service and the problem never resolved. A neighbor told me about DFW Bug. What a life saver or should I say House saver. They quickly got rid of my ants & other creepy crawlers. But they discovered I had termites in my home & quickly erraticated them as well. Best part is they are less expensive than my old pest control service. Awesome customer service, great value, great service. You can't go wrong with DFW Bug!

Kim who handles all communication is great! Most everything else is mediocre. Took a long time of spraying to see decrease in bugs, but several extra trips to retreat or get webs off the exterior of the house. The webs on the exterior were our biggest issue, as we made sure to remind the technician every time, and they'd consistently let us down by missing 5-10 spots of blatant webs/eggs. After bringing this up half a dozen times, we called it quits. Attached are some example photos of webs missed immediately after receiving service.

DFW Bug is consistent and productive at their business. They have been a great hire, I would recommend them to anyone. I use them for our commercial property and have been very pleased.
