We had an inspection of our sprinkler system as part of Tarrant County’s water management. The inspector left a list of recommended vendors to make the adjustments. H2oRx was the closest on the list. In fact, the only vendor that responded. After scheduling the repairs, they came about a week after we called. They completed all the work listed in the inspection. They tested the sprinkler nozzles for proper spread. The lead technician configured the controller and gave a tutorial on how to use it. We were happy with the service provided. They have an outstanding 4.9 out of 5 rating. They deserve it.

Good service fair price - helped me located a box for free just to be nice after I told him generally where it was. Helped me get system up and running after was previously told it would be 1700$ to rewire whole system. Didn’t need full rewire.

My career is in sales and I would never talk to a customer the way Kyle Jensen spoke to me. Total lack of Customer Service skills, Unprofessional & Condescending. During the inspection, it was continuous insults - from my water pressure to the water meter at the street. When the inspection quote was way over $1k to replace sprinkler heads, repair a drip line leak, cap unnessary heads, I told him that I wasn't paying that & it was not in my budget. That's when the condescending remarks started - telling me that I wasn't making the correct repairs because I couldn't afford it. When I asked for additional prices, he kept saying - "You can't afford it". I could more than afford it but wasn't hiring him. When we moved in, the previous owner of our home had the sprinklers set to run 7 days a week for hours each day to try and keep the grass green. Even then, we had huge patches where nothing but weeds grew. After Kyle and his team assessed the irrigation setup, we can now run our sprinklers on a recommended twice a week schedule and maintain healthy grass. They also keep an eye on the overall health of the lawn, trees and shrubs; pointing out a few problems that had developed since I’d last been in the yard.

Yes, They look professional with there painted trucks. However, after I set up an appointment for my evaluation on my sprinkler system this is what followed when they showed up. The owner did a walk through the yard with me and said you need a new controller and several sprinkler heads replaced due to not rising or not retracting back into the ground. His evaluation was $2667.00 for the repairs with risers in the backyard as well. I agreed and took a picture of his spread sheet because he told me he couldn’t email it to me.Then a few hours go by after his crew is working on the sprinkler system and tells me there are 5 more sprinkler heads that don’t rise above the ground and your price is now $2900.
