Has to be one of the worst landscapers that I've ever dealt with didn't show up on time was always late didn't plant the plants I wanted and then in the summer my plants died the whole lawn died

Called for an estimate and was said he will come by. Never showed up for an appointment and answered calls. Can they simply tell me that they can not do it?
