Unfortunately, the home warranty I USED TO HAVE relies on these folks to do the job. Not sure the level of scrutiny that goes into selecting them but beware, do your homework and make sure you know them ahead of time. And also, it helps to know a little of what your appliance is going thru to isolate the issue you are having. This company was sent to my home, and the gentleman that came in, he was there only for 9 minutes (and I have it on video) and left. We asked for his name and a business card and gave us nothing. He could barely communicate with us…he just said, “my supervisor will call” and that’s it…he left. One email later, I get a detailed report that said, “no mechanical damage to the washer, no repairs needed”. And I say DETAILED cause it was 3 pages explaining all that was do

Pavel was earlier than my window slot which was wonderful. He was very prompt and diligent in making sure that the microwave fit into wall properly. The outcome looks great and we are very happy with his service.

The technician came out and found the problem with my dishwasher within 15 minutes. He ordered the parts and returned a week later and fix the machine very fast and efficiently. He's very knowledgeable and very efficient and did a great job.

Please do not use this company. I had multiple issues: they left my house without knocking, which I saw and had to chase them in my car; they don’t respect appointment times or communicate properly—my scheduled window was 3-6 PM, but they arrived at 2:40 and left by 2:50, despite my being home at 2:51 (all caught on my Ring camera). They never called to confirm or inform me. Their customer service is terrible. I work in customer service and know how it should be handled. I had to contact them repeatedly about my fridge warranty, and they still haven't fixed it. I am the one following up, not . RUN from this company
