Axsom-Franke Plumbing

Called in and talked with Todd Franke about replacing my water pump. What a jerk! I had questions and he became irritated and statted speaking in condescending tone to me. Think he got up on wrong side of bed. I'd think twice before using this company if that's the way they treat people. I would have given a 0 rating if possible.

Todd Franke is a wonderful plumber. He always backs up his work and is so easy to work with. We have been clients for 20 years and he has always been there for all our plumbing needs. His secretary is very knowledgeable about plumbing and parts and products they carry. A Big Thank You to this company!

Todd is great. He solved a very difficult leak that was hard to find. His tenacity and knowledge solved a leak that had been going on for quite some time. The work space was very confined but Todd found the issue and resolved it. We are very thankful.

Very rude. When I called the woman had a horrible attitude and hung up on me. Worst customer service I definitely DO NOT recommend.use any other company if you can because they are horrible. I would rather YouTube DIY videos before dealing with them again. Worst experience ever

I have worked with numerous plumbers in town and never had the unprofessional treatment and price gouging of Axsom-Franke Plumbing. Someone else called them for the job but I was the one that got to deal with them. They did not do what I asked and cursed me when I questioned them. Then when I got the bill of $892 for a DRAIN CLEANING and called to have Todd explain the bill he cursed at me and hung up the phone. I am a professional in town and he even threatened to leave a negative review if I didn't pay. I paid him $500 and now he is taking me to small claims court for the remaining $392. This will be a first for me but I feel strongly that this is an act of principal on my part. I don't want this happening to anyone else. UPDATE: We ended up going to small claims court on the matter
