Ayer Brother's Roofing

Bill and his crew were hired to add a new roof and this part of the job went fine. However, promises were made as to the gutter repair and build job that went undone. The gutters now leak significantly onto the eaves, one was simply left hanging, calking was promised and not done, and though he promised he would return several times, he never did so. We even went so far as to alert him he had left equipment behind and he immediately came to retrieve it, then refused to address the problems. Until we hired Bill, we had no water in our basement and now we do, related to a poor gutter install and design.

Bill recently installed bathroom exhaust fan vents for a client of mine. He and his team did a very quality job, in a very efficient manner. His price was reasonable and he was very accommodating of the client's needs and timeline. Thank you, Bill!
