Tim is extremely responsive and reliable. He ensures a job is done right and is there when you need him in a pinch. Last year, I had an issue where my furnace would randomly turn off without explanation - he showed up on short notice, and fixed the issue, a year later it is still working correctly. Today, I noticed there was an issue with my oil tank - I called Tim, he answered immediately, and he was able to fit me into his schedule and correct the problem same day. I would strongly recommend Tim and his business to anyone in need of these kinds of services.

Tim was very prompt getting back to me and was able to schedule service within a few days. His tech, Phil, was right on time for our appointment, was very friendly, and did good work. Walked down into the basement the other morning and stepped into a puddle of water. Not flooded but wet. Suspected my old water heater. Shut it down and called T Garrity expecting no hot water for a few days. To my surprise the owner Tim picked up on his cell. Told me he was on his way to an estimate in another town and would swing by on his way back to have a look. He and his brother did in fact come to inspect the situation a couple of hours later confirming that indeed my water heater had heated its last. Another surprise, he said they could run out and get me a replacement that morning but didnt know if his electrician could make it today but he'd try to get him on site (I had decided to switch from oil fired hot water to electric and would need a dedicated breaker). Tim and his brother stopped by our house today to fix a leaky oil fired boiler. These guys were professional, found the issue and resolved it quickly. I also tend to ask a lot of questions, and English isn't my wife's first language, so some of the technical conversations are a little harder for her to follow. I mention this point out how patient these guys were in discussing our boiler and their fix. In New England, everyone needs the peace of mind that they have a great HVAC guy on their side. I've got this guy on speed dial, and will be calling him again. Thank you Tim!
