Perry Construction is fabulous. Bill, Mike and all the others were helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. They answered every call and fixed anything I needed. I would recommend them highly. They rebuilt my camp from the bottom up and it is beautiful.

Perry Brothers took on a complex project to add a second-floor bathroom to our home. Thanks in large part to our project manager, Mike, the job was completed on budget and on time. Two gifted carpenters, Dan and John, did impeccable work. The subcontractors were great as well. We’re having them back to remodel another bathroom!

After hearing multiple horror stories about construction companies, we expected a bit of a struggle with anyone we hired for our project. I've never really written or posted a review before but in dealing with so many so called "contractors", I felt that I had to write one about a contractor that got it right. Perry Brothers Construction was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They sent out a 2 man crew, Kenny and Sean, to install 2 large sliding glass doors. It was done with minimum disruption. They kept area clean and were both professionl and respectful in working in close proximity with us. My husband and I were so happy to find someone who actually knew what they were doing, that we have already contracted them to do a 2nd job for us!

We hired Perry Bros for exterior updates to our home and were very pleased with the outcome of the project. The work involved removal of an elevated deck and 2 long brick walkways with steps, replacement of all exterior wood trim covering 3 floors above ground, construction of a new stone patio and walkways with steps, the rebuild of a screened porch (with custom-made doggy door and ramp), and exterior painting of the full structure and all trim. Workers showed up when scheduled, cleaned up well each day, and were respectful and courteous of us and our home. They worked diligently through more than one heatwave, keeping the project on schedule.
