I had 3 bushes that needed removed, they provided an estimate (to just trim the trunk flush with the ground), did the work ($40) and complained about cutting into a rock and dulled a saw blade. I offered to pay extra for the blade (new blade $15) and was told, that's the cost of doing business he can just sharpen the blade. (which, cutting into a rock, really was user error!) So, after they left I found that they didn't clear the pine needles from around one of the trees before they cut it. So now there is a large stump (about 6 to 7 inches tall in the middle of my mulch bed). I called 3 times and left voice messages and finally received a call that they could come FINISH THE JOB PROPERLY, but they would have to charge me another $20.
