Had to replace my water heater and got an insane price from Lowes third party installer. B&B was recommended by a friend and so I reached out. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and their quote was very reasonable even including picking up the unit from local Lowes and hauling off the broken older one. Their installers came on time, completed the installation within an hour and did a good job. I would definitely use B & B again.

Good trustworthy people who gives you multiple options. Very happy. Little pricey but for honesty and options up front I'd rather pay more than to be taken advantage of as a woman. Options are fully discussed and make sense.

We lost temperature control on our gas water heater so water was dangerously hot even on the lowest setting. The guys from B&B arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, determined the age of the water heater and found that there was still a warranty on parts. They fixed it fast and billed less than their initial estimate. The plumbers were very friendly and easy going. I appreciate them.
