I used B & B to inspect my septic. Rich, came out there and just opened them up. He immediately said the septic failed because they were backed up. He also said I had the old illegal system. He was recommending I would get a new septic tank and leach field. He quoted me $12,000 as the start price. He was there for 30 mins and made me pay 100$. At this point i wanted a second opinion. I had to hire another company (Roto Rooter out of Montrose) to come out for a full inspection of the septic. They said it just needed to be pumped out. They pumped it, then put cameras in there. An found everything good. They said the system was changed out 8 years ago with the correct septic setup and leach field. They said it was not illegal. They pumped everything out and passed my septic inspection.

These guys were very professional and polite. The younger guy did all of the work and was able to get it done pretty fast. Had a hot water heater fail, and needed a new one. He drained the old water heater, removed it and re installed the new one without any mess at all. The install is very clean and i have zero complaints. Was super polite to not only me but my 3yr old son also. Would highly recommend this company.

HONEST!! Fair price! On time - and what I really liked- did not ask for half down until they had off loaded heavy equipment and were ready to start work, which was less than half the other quote I got. Plus found sewer line had been cut while contractors were installing cable- I would have never known that.

Dishonest about septic. Was unprofessional and rude. Call Roto Rooter for an honest, professional inspection.
