Each time, they responded within a day or two, inspected and immediately corrected the damage done, and billed us at a very reasonable cost. BB Roofing is a small, family-owned business, with a solid reputation for excellent, honest customer service. They never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need - just fixed the damage done at a very reasonable price.
