B & B Water Well Services did a great job replacing my well pump. They responded the same day to determine the issue & my pump was replaced the following day. Brian (the well tech) & Delaney (in the office) were both friendly, courteous & professional & answered all my questions. This is the 2nd time I’ve used B & B. They previously replaced the storage tank for me. Thank you B & B for getting my water back on for me. Great job!

These guys were exceptional to work with! I had an issue with my pump over the weekend and was completely without water. Called at 8:00am on Monday morning and Josh answered immediately. He was able to get one of the technicians, Brian, out the same day and the issue was fixed by noon! B&B will absolutely be my go-to for anything related to my well and water service in the future! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My well stopped working late on a Thursday evening. Friday morning at 8am, I called the company that installed the well, Western Water Wells, and left a message. They never returned my call, so at 8:30am I called B&B Water Well Service. Josh said he would send someone out and they should arrive around 9:30 to 10am. Brian and Laken arrived at 10am and managed to start the well but said the current draw was erratic, indicating bearing failure. We decided to replace with a larger pump and lower it further into the well. They proceeded and were finished by 2pm. They rescheduled appointments with customers who were not out of water in order to take care of my emergency. It's a small company and everyone there played a role in getting my water back on. I called and left a message on a Sunday night about 8 pm when my well at my ranch where we lived stopped pumping water. I got a call back from Jessica at 8:04 am Monday morning. They showed up in about 2 hours and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. The most important point of my review is not only did they sort out the issue, but all the staff that I encountered did it in a respectful and truthful manner. Jessica was wonderful to explain what her teams schedule was and about when they would arrive. About 10 minutes later I got a call for the owner Josh, who was out in the field, and helped me sort out the issue over the phone.
