The Well Guy

I had to have my well capped before I could have my new septic placed in the back yard where the old one is. I needed it done asap bc I have my house listed and under contract and everything has to be done before closing. After explaining everything to Jamie and asking him how soon he could get it done, to my surprise he said in in a day or two. He kept his word. I am so happy to have this checked off my list and thanks to him and his crew, done, a couple days later. He also told me about his plumber friend when I ask if he knew of someone that could hook my home to community water. a day ago Our well Pump went out and anybody who has a water well and has livestock nose. Water is the life of your property and anytime it’s gone out. It sets off an instant panic at me. Well, the system finally went down after leaking and having some trouble over the years. Jamie was on the spot got out here the same day and we were able to go one night without having water because all the animals have been taken care of. He was out the first thing the next morning the day before Christmas and put in an entire new system. Your system will definitely run more efficiently and has a much bigger holding tank so a dollar for a dollar these things aren’t cheap but this is money well worth it. Jamie came to troubleshoot our well issue within 2 hours of calling in on a Sunday evening. He had our pump replaced by Monday morning and had us back up and running. We had questions about our system and he came back out not once but twice to make sure we fully understood how everything worked and to ensure everything was functioning properly. He went above and beyond. I've used all of the other big name well companies in the west Austin area and service is not consistent, techs are overloaded, and prices are absurd. Highly recommend The Well Guy!

Jaime came out on Christmas to diagnose the issue with our well. He came back the next day with is crew and had our problem fixed within 2 hours. Great service. I highly recommend them.
