Fausco Plumbing

We have called Fausco plumbing multiple times now and have always got exceptional service. We had a water heater leak in the late evening. Jill helped me identify the shutoff valve and guided me to turn it off. They swapped out the expansion tank and a lot of rusted out plumbing. The house inspector had asked us to replace the entire tank, but Fausco was able to just replace the rusted pipe and save the heater. Their price fair and definitely recommend them.

I called Fausco to help my grandmother with her backed up kitchen drain on her house built in the 70s out in Burnet. The folks from Fausco were just what we were looking for. They were polite, respectful and professional all the way. I know that the job was difficult, but they were patient and worked diligently. I was given great advice to improve our chances of success on the second attempt, and we ultimately got it fixed on the second visit after following their advice to give them better access to the drain. Their pricing is competitive and fair for the services performed. Hiring a plumber is never inexpensive, but we were happy to pay their rate for the service we received. We had an overall great experience with this local business. Thanks to you both!

We had a problem with our shower faucet leaking. Called Fausco plumbing and spoke with Jill. She was very polite and professional over the phone, and told me they could get out there in a couple days. They showed up, fixed the leak, and they were very quick and professional about the whole process. On top of that they actually returned my phone call promptly, and were very reasonably priced. Would use them again if we ever have the need and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

Called in after hours and they answered, diagnosed my problem and saved me HUGE embarrassment. I will ALWAYS use Fausco plumbing in North Austin. They are the best plumbers and people!
